Product lifecycles have become too short to take the typical "seven years" to develop a business. (Products and technologies can become obsolete in two years!) Idea2Exit is a new and innovative "fast-track" business development process based on small managed clusters.

Each "cluster" consists of a of six independent businesses that share the same marketing database but are non-competitive by nature.

Each cluster will be guided by a hands-on "Group Managing Director" that has responsibility for mentoring and directing the businesses in the cluster toward a three year exit.

The Idea2Exit objective is to enable innovators to focus on fast-tracking their innovations while the business development is fast-tracked by a team of competent specialists providing business support to  the clusters.

These experienced managers will handle: Fund raising, legal, intellectual property (Patents and copyrights), accounting, HR, Tax, health & safety, and all issues that have to normally be addressed (and mastered) by a developing business.

The objective is to condense the time normally required to develop and exit a business from seven to three years.
